We are actively seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support a reputable and well-established legal team with a strong focus in personal injury law. This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina- the location offers a great mix of city life, outdoor activities, and a lower cost of living compared to other metro areas.

This role involves supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation, from drafting legal documents and managing discovery to preparing for trial. The ideal candidate is experienced, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Handle all aspects of discovery including drafting and responding to requests
• Secure and track medical records and billing details
• Review and summarize medical records
• Support trial preparation (e.g., jury instructions, exhibits, subpoenas)
• Maintain and monitor case deadlines and court dockets
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements
• General administrative duties (e.g., filing, calendaring, case file organization)

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years as a Litigation Paralegal
• Minimum of 2 years working in Personal Injury Law
