Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the company, including production, marketing, sales, and administrative functions.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to set and drive the organizational vision and operational strategy.
- Lead and mentor department heads and senior management team members.
- Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operational management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and business development.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
