RN - Medical Surgical

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to join a medical-surgical unit focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical environment
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to support optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to established safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of New Mexico
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Additional Certification Requirements (within 6 months of hire): ACLS, PALS, TNCC
