- Duties may include:
- Reception, multi-line phone use, scheduling appointments, payroll duties, accounts receivable, accounts payable, filing, and other necessary duties to support an office environment.
- Requirements:
- *Recent experience
- *Polished, professional and personable
- *Strong organizational, prioritization skills; attention to detail
- *Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a pleasant disposition
- *Ability to be proactive, handle simultaneous projects, work independently
- *Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- *Strong working knowledge and proficiency utilizing PC based tools (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
